OTTO / Figure 8 Waterproof Harness
OTTO is a figure 8 harness designed for comfort, security and freedom. The figure 8 makes it easy to adjust for a good fit both around the neck and the girth right behind the front legs. It wraps securely around the chest with a cross and pulls the shoulders back when needed. The minimal design is meant to make your pet feel unhindered and free.
SECURITY
The smaller loop of the 8 wraps around the bottom of the neck or the "shoulder" while the larger loop wraps around the chest right after the armpits. This continuous strap design makes it easy to achieve a good fit and prevent escapes.
WEIGHTLESS COMFORT + FREEDOM
The major difference a figure-8 harness when compared to a H or Y shaped harness is that it does not have a vertical part in front of the chest that can bunch up when your pet runs, plays or make vigorous movements. The minimal straps and parts make it extremely comfortable and do not obstruct the most vigorous movement.
WATERPROOF + EASY TO CLEAN
Perfect for rainy days or muddy trails, this harness is 100% waterproof and will only need a wipe to keep clean.
HOW TO WEAR
① Put the unlooped harness under the girth of your standing pet.
② Insert the adjustable belt end into the middle loop.
③ Have the ends meet in the front of the neck, tighten and buckle up.

*please use a measuring tape for this
① Measure with your pet in standing position (not sitting or laying down).
② Place the measuring tape around your pet in a figure eight manner, exactly where the harness will sit, just as illustrated in the last picture of this listing. DO NOT measure in separate and add up the two measurements, DO put the tape around the body for one continuous measurement.
③ Be aware of the thickness of the coat and the room you would want to have. The tape should mimic exactly how tight you would like the harness to be worn.
④ After you obtain the measurement, use the below to find the best fit.
XS fits 28-31" or 70-80cm (¾” or 2cm wide)
S fits 32-35" or 80-90cm (1” or 2.5cm wide)
M fits 36-39" or 90-100cm (1” or 2.5cm wide)
L fits 39-46" or 100-118cm (1” or 2.5cm wide)
• D ring in the front for attachment of tags or leash
• 100% waterproof and odour proof
• rust resistant hardware
• Kevlar stitching for lifetime durability
